Through the USC (Utility Stores Corporation), affordable basic necessities such as Oil, Ghee, Free Atta, Pulses, Sugar, Rice, and other food items will be provided to the people of Pakistan under the BISP (Benazir Income Support Program) and USC Scheme. An individual’s BISP PMT Score is determined based on factors such as income, expenses, and the number of family members. To check and verify their BISP PMT Score, individuals should visit the official USC (Utility Store Corporation) web portal at https://usc.org.pk/. Once on the USC web portal, they should click on the “Eligibility Status” option, which will lead them to the Utility Store PMT score page. Here, they should input a valid computerized NIC number to check their eligibility criteria for BISP PMT by CNIC and then click on the search button. This action will generate a screen displaying detailed information about BISP eligibility. Applicants with a BISP PMT score of 40 or less will qualify for subsidized items at affordable prices under the BISP and Ehsaas program scheme.

3. Enter your CNIC number in the provided box without dashes.

5. If your PMT score is 40 or less, you will qualify for free and subsidized food items from the nearest Utility Store of Pakistan under the BISP Ehsaas Rashan program and Benazir Kafalat Program.
6. To receive the free and subsidized items, visit the nearest Tehsil Utility Store, where you can obtain free atta, sugar, rice, pulses, and oil at affordable prices under the BISP Ehsaas Rashan Scheme.
